Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Japan Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within Japan are fulfilled via standard domestic carriers. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

HOLBA ships internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. HOLBA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. HOLBA reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. HOLBA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Delays & Force Majeure
