Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy All sales made through HOLBA are considered final unless otherwise stated. We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at HOLBA’s discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind Incorrect size selection
  • Fit preferences
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Normal wear and tear

All items marked as final sale, limited release, or made-to-order are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. HOLBA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
